Hi, I decided to give the shout box another try this morning. I am doing the happy dance. It worked. The instructions were not exactly clear but once I figured it out it was only a few mouse clicks and I was done. I am sure I will tinker with the colors some more but that is simple. So go ahead and give it a try. Lets hear those shout outs :) It is located on the right hand side. Scroll down a little and you will see it.
