~ Snow Fall ~

Hi everyone, well it looks like the weather man was wrong again. They said only one to three inches of snow with the southern part of the state getting more than the northern part of the state. Well we woke up today to about five inches of snow on the ground. So much for that high tech weather system. Not much else happening in my neck of the woods. I am debating whether or not I should rip my house apart and give it a good cleaning. It is long over due. I did manage to go outside today and shovel the deck and plow the driveway which took a couple of hours. I am so glad I did not have to drive into work today. It would have been a long slippery drive.

On Monday, I have my first follow up visit with the radiation oncologist. I don't even feel like going but I know I have to. She will probably ask me all the same stupid questions like she did when I seen her weekly, and then choose to do nothing. I am for sure going to tell her about the bladder infection I had which was causing the bladder spasms. It would have been so simple to just do a urinalysis. I had to make an appointment with my primary doctor, and she did not hesitate to check it, and sure enough greater than 100,000 for the bacteria present. I am going to be very direct with the radiation oncologist, and if I feel she is not listening to me than I am going to ask her what her problem is. I have been feeling really good this past week. I almost feel like I am back to being 100% myself with the exception of the radiation burns still being present, and some occasional pain in my abdomen. My bowels still are not the same either but the medicine does help alot. Well, I should probably go for now and start to tackle cleaning this house. I have a sink full of dishes but I hate using the dishwasher. Oh well, I will keep you updated on my oncology visit after Monday. Stay safe and warm until we chat again.
