~ Merry Christmas ~

Good Evening, how is everyone doing? I hope you are enjoying your Christmas. The weather has been terrible here. I am sure glad we did not have any travel plans. I went into work on Thursday and it took me two hours and fifteen minutes to get there. It was definitely a long drive in. We got more snow, sleet, and rain today. Kevin and I went to Grand Casino Hinckley last evening. I was a little disappointed to find out that they had shut down the Buffet. They usually have a really nice Christmas meal. Neither one of us won big, but we both enjoyed the evening together. I did manage to come out about forty dollars ahead and had fun. Can't ask for much more than that. We almost turned around a few times while driving there. The snow was really coming down and then it finally lightened up, and we continued to venture onward. The ride home was a little scary, the snow was really coming down, and then when we arrived just outside of the town of Luck it started to sleet.
Kevin and I spent the day at home today, just putzing around. While he shoveled the deck and snowblowed the driveway, I cooked Christmas dinner. I just finished doing the last of the dishes. I think I did three loads. I really should use the dishwasher, but I prefer to just wash them and get it over with. The dishwasher takes about an hour to run through all the cycles. I am now off for the next three days and then I have a six day stretch at work. Yuck! The only good thing is it is double time on New Year's Day.
Kevin, captured one of his buck's on his trail camera last night. He has been waiting patiently all during bow season for this guy to show back up. He was there up until bow season, never showed up during gun season, and now finally reappeared. So I thought I would put him on a digital scrapbook page. See below. That is it for me for the evening. Have a safe and Happy Holiday.
