Hi everyone, I know it has been some time since my last post, but life has been crazy to say the least. I have been busy with school, work, and other functions. First, work has been just crazy. I was there until 4 p.m. yesterday and then had to sit in the parking lot for about twenty minutes because the paramedics came and blocked the employee parking lot. They went to the wrong entrance. I also started school this week on Tuesday and don't get out of class until 8:30 p.m. and by the time I get home it is around 10 p.m. Hopefully next semester I can find some classes that don't get out so late. Then I had to attend an dinner banquet for my husband he was voted the Most Valuable Prefomer for December at work. While driving to the dinner at my husband's place of employment, I hit a deer going 55 miles an hour. Yes, both of us are okay but, the deer did not survive. I hit him so hard that it severved his two hind legs completely in half. I am glad he died right away instead of suffering. I am usually pretty good at watching for deer when driving the back roads, but this one came out of no where and it was too late to swerve. I have alot of damage to my vehicle. I was hoping I could drive it for another year seeing I only have one payment to go. The entire hood is smashed in, and the grill and bumper are cracked. I had some loose hanging pieces that Kevin was able to get off. No leaking fluids, which is a good thing. I cam still drive it, but it looks like crap. My pretty little blue car is now a big pile of plastic and metal. I just spoke to the insuance company, and they are sending an agent out to acess the damage. They said they will most likeley total it out. I am not sure what I want to do. I will know more come next week Wednesday. That is the earliest American Family Insurance could get someone out here. I am really tired of American Family. I have several policies with them and everytime you have to deal with these adjuster's they are rude, and snotty. My agent is fine, but what are the other department's problems. This is only the third claim I have had with them over numerous years, which go all the way back from when we lived in Milwaukee. I am seriously going to think about finding a new insurance company. I am tired of paying for all these policies to be treated like crap when something happens. Isn't that the purpose of having insurance.
Anyway, we had a nice time at my husbands employee banquet, he won a hundred dollars. Received a nice embroidered shirt, and some other trinkets. So that has been my week long adventures. My work schedule will be changing this week starting on Sunday, so next week I will only work on Tuesday, and Thursday, which works out well with my school schedule. Then I have a three day weekend. Well I am going to sign off for now and find something to eat for lunch, and then I have to change the batteries and SD Card in my husband's trail cam. He has been extremely busy with work. He is working fulltime during the day and is now working part time in the evening running Trollhaugen Ski Resort Stuga's Restraunt. Which will last as long as there is snow that can be made, or sent from above. Chow!
