Hello everybody, I can't believe it has been almost a month since my last post here. I have been busy with school, work, and the house, plus we had our first major snow fall. It was a doozy. 12 inches of snow and it was extremely wet. It was awful shoveling off the deck. It was so heavy, the kind that breaks your back after awhile. Then my husband managed to break a bolt and the belt on the riding snow blower. Thank goodness he had the driveway almost done before it happened. Yesterday we had freezing rain, and I opted not to go into work because the roads were very dangerous. There was thousands of accidents all over the twin cities. I doubt I would have even made it to the main road as bad as they were. Today we got a few more inches of snow with some light freezing rain again. I am hoping tomorrow is better because I did not venture out to school today either. I am on vacation until Sunday from work so that is a bonus, but because I missed Sunday at work because of the weather I have to come in next Sunday. I know it is frustrating sometimes, but I am not going to kill myself for my job, school, etc. It doesn't really matter to me because it will throw me into overtime. Lmao! I also attended a gathering of friends from my old job Roseville Good Samaritan Center. It closed a few years back, so it was nice to see everyone I use to work with. Had a lot of fun, and I am planning on attending the next one in January. I also have been busy creating some digital scrapbook pages. See below. All my shopping for Turkey day is done except I need to get some brown and serve rolls. I am sure the stores will be crazy, but I must have my warm rolls. :), Well, that is all for now folks.
