Happy belated 4th of July. Hope everyone had a great day and had the opportunity to enjoy some fireworks. I worked the day of and the day after and didn't want to be out late so I didn't get to see any fireworks, but tonight hubby and I will be going over to Deer Lake to watch their display. Hopefully the rain will hold off until later in the evening.
It has been so bloody hot the passed week here and am looking forward to finally a cool down in the temperature, or at least, the humidity. My sister and her friend came for a visit and some site seeing for the passed few days and now they are off to the lake cabin for the remainder of the holiday weekend. We had a nice visit. Went to dinner one evening at Logger's Bar and Grill. Good company, good food, and good times. Then on Thursday we spent the evening visiting, and hubby cooked up some fresh fish. Later we decided to go out for chocolate malts and a scenic drive of the area, and then later did a little bit of a photo shoot. I want to try these levitation photos. I think they turned out okay.
