My husband at his best. Opted to take one of the little guys out while bow hunting this weekend. I don't understand why the deer always have to run the hill after being shot. It was not an easy task to pull that guy up the hill. Then it was dark and my husband got the idea that I could find my way back to the house and get the truck while he pulled it to the trail that runs between our property and our neighbors. Well that did not go so well. I got a little turned around, but managed to find my way back to my husband. Thank goodness! I think next year we will have to look at purchasing a four wheeler. It sure will save our backs.
Anyway, I am on vacation for this whole entire week. I so needed one. Our friends are coming from West Bend, Wisconsin for a visit and to bow hunt. The guys that is. Me and my friend Donna are going to play on the computer and get wrapped up in our photography.
I am also going to have my friend show me how to make pumpkin from scratch. Wal-Mart currently has pie pumpkins for only twenty five cents which is a really good deal. Nothing like homemade pumpkin pie. Yum :~)
