~ Bangs Head On Desk ~

I am so frustrated with the Geek Squad in Blaine, Minnesota. I have now dropped my computer off for the third time since I purchased it in February of 2008. It constantly freezes up on me. They stated they would run the diagnostics on it yesterday, so today I call to see what is going on. The guy puts me on hold forever. Then he gets back on the line and ask's me did I purchase it there. No, I thought I would just call you today and pester you because I am bored. What the hell! Then he puts me back on hold again, finds my information, then reads back to me why I dropped it off and states running slow. Hello, where did that come from. It was never running slow. It freezes up and you can't do a darn thing with it. I can't shut it down unless I shut it off from the main power source which is never a good thing to do. I can then start it safe mode and it won't freeze, but it only loads the absolute necessary files to run, but once I shut it down again and restart in normal mode it freezes again. The idiot asks me does it run slow in safe mode, no, and why would it. It only loads the basic files necessary to run, and not any of my files. I went through and checked all my programs for a malfunction, and I have all the necessary virus software needed running on it. So, it is definitely a hardware issue, fix it now please. The last time I had it in and picked it up they called me the next day to come in and pick up my computer. I should have gone in to pick it up. I wonder who's computer they would have given me.

Tired and Frustrated.
