~ Customer Service ~

Hi, okay so I am still wondering where customer service has gone. I had a nice long chat with one of the Geek Squad associates and he assured me that someone would contact me on Wednesday to keep me updated on the status of my computer since I have not heard anything significant as to why it is freezing up on start up. Well, Wednesday has come and gone, no call and today they speak with my husband and basically tell him squat. Well, he has no clue about how computers work with the exception of the basic on and off, and web browsing and further more his name is no where on the service contract that I have with them so what the hell. Are they afraid to speak with me because I may ask them a challenging question. Where the heck has customer service gone? So now we are almost a full week into them having my computer and still no response as to what the issue is. They did tell my husband they could not find anything wrong at this point and have been running it and not having any issues with it freezing up. Bullshit. Look back at your records and maybe you will find the answer because the last time you said it was the hard drive only for me to bring it back three days later and then you had to ship it out for service. Don't make me drive one hundred miles round trip for nothing..........
