Good morning or I guess I should be saying good afternoon, but I slept in really late today. I can't believe it. I must have been tired. Anyhow, unbelievable the pictures I have been seeing from Minnesota related to the storms they have been having. My place of employment has been without power for two days except for the back up generators they have. Wow! So many big beautiful tree's have come down because of the high winds and saturated ground. We only had a bad storm on Thursday night which took out all of my beautiful yellow and red Iris's. I have one picture of the first one that opened, but we recently had eight more that opened and were snapped in half because of the rain and wind. I can't complain though when I see all the big gorgeous trees that have been lost in the twin cities. There still are numerous people without power, and more storms are expected daily into next week Thursday. With all being said I did create a picture blend and just wanted to share with you. Enjoy stay safe and hopefully many of my friends will get their power restored soon.
